Schedule: Tuesdays and/or Thursdays 4-8 hours per week (hours will increase over time)
Job Summary:
Marquee Healthcare seeking a skilled and compassionate Infusion Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in an IV treatment clinic. This role requires a strong understanding of infusion therapy and a commitment to patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The clinic specializes in providing intravenous (IV) therapies, including hydration treatments, vitamin infusions, biologic medications, and other therapeutic IV services for patients with chronic conditions, wellness needs, and post-surgical recovery.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage clinical records for patients receiving nursing care.

Administer IV infusions safely and effectively, ensuring proper protocols are followed.

Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions as needed.

Report changes in patient conditions or deviations from care plans to physicians.

Adhere to facility policies and procedures, particularly those related to patient care.

Conduct initial patient evaluations and develop written care plans.

Regularly reassess patient conditions and update care plans as needed.

Provide nursing services requiring advanced skills.

Initiate preventive nursing procedures when appropriate.

Prepare clinical and progress notes, coordinate services, and update healthcare professionals on patient conditions.

Offer guidance and counseling to patients and families regarding nursing care and related needs.

Ensure care delivery aligns with professional standards and state regulations.

Educate patients on the benefits and potential side effects of IV therapies.

Lead case conferences and communicate care plans with the healthcare team.

Assess ongoing service needs and re-evaluate as necessary.

Participate in performance improvement programs and staff meetings.

Represent the clinic professionally and attend continuing education programs.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited nursing school and a current state-issued RN license.
- IV Infusion experience is required.

At least 2 years of nursing experience.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Proficiency in computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet tools.

Current CPR certification.
