Job Description
The IT Analyst will manage the company’s response to IT-related requests submitted by customers. This role combines project management skills, knowledge of company products and services, and collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant responses to customer inquiries. The IT Analyst will ensure business continuity and contribute to the maintenance of a high-quality content repository for IT requests.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and execute responses to IT inquiries submitted by current and prospective customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Complete technical and organizational security assessments across all lines of business, including Clinical Labs, Immunohematology, Point of Care, and Molecular

Support primarily North America, with the flexibility to address global requests as needed

Understand customer requests and align company solutions, messaging, and services accordingly

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure internal alignment and deliver responses that clearly articulate product and service differentiators

Assign tasks and coordinate content creation for subject matter experts; follow up to ensure timely and accurate submission of all sections

Maintain a database of FAQs and responses by line of business and instrument; develop best-in-class content to support competitive differentiation

Participate in projects and initiatives as required
Business Rationale

The role is critical to business continuity, especially during the temporary absence of the current Contracts IT Analyst

The volume and complexity of IT requests has significantly increased, including cybersecurity-related inquiries, multi-line business assessments, and global requests

The IT Analyst will ensure service levels are met, maintain content repository accuracy, and support customer engagement and deal execution
Qualifications
Experience & Education
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT role
-
Familiarity with IT security assessments and customer-facing IT support processes preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet established SLAs

Comfortable managing multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
Work Environment

Shift: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)

Onsite presence required 1 day per week (Tuesday); remaining work-from-home
