Job Summary: As a Healthcare Staffing Sales Representative at Marquee Staffing Healthcare, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare facilities, building a pipeline of prospective clients, and promoting our healthcare staffing solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in healthcare staffing sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities, to understand their staffing needs and present Marquee Staffing Healthcare as the preferred staffing solution.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This includes prospecting, cold calling, and utilizing various sales tactics to generate new business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to tailor sales approaches and remain competitive in the healthcare staffing market.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their staffing needs promptly, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand candidate qualifications and ensure the best match between healthcare professionals and client requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team, demonstrating progress towards sales goals and identifying areas for improvement.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a professional network, promote Marquee Staffing Healthcare, and stay informed about industry developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare staffing sales.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and staffing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $65K -$80k base salary+ uncapped commission potential (Base dependent on experience)

Since then, she’s explored multiple roles from sales to operations support to branch management within different companies in the healthcare industry and even pursued entrepreneurship in podcast production with her husband. With all that, she found her passion for connecting with others and providing support in any capacity.
Outside of work, she enjoys watching sports, her favorite television shows and movies, and spending quality time with friends and family, whether it be a dinner and game night, trying new restaurants, or at theme parks (her favorite is Disneyland!).
