We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing Healthcare Staffing Branch. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in a healthcare setting, either in recruitment or administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding tasks such as I-9 verification, E-Verify compliance, and scheduling interviews.
- Process background checks, drug screenings, and employment references.
- Update and maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee status changes, including conversions and terminations.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Leverage job boards and other platforms for recruitment and sourcing efforts.
- Track and manage applicant and employee information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Ultipro, iCIMS, or Greenhouse.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in recruitment or healthcare administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and professional communication skills.
- Availability and flexibility to work after hours or overtime as needed.
