Family Practice Physician (Primary Care, Outpatient)
Locations: El Monte, San Gabriel, Rosemead, City of Industry, or San Diego, CA
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
About the Opportunity
A mission-driven, faith-based community health organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our team in Los Angeles County or San Diego.
We provide comprehensive, high-quality care to underserved and immigrant communities, including medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, and wellness services. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values compassionate, culturally sensitive care in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope primary care to adult and/or pediatric patients.
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care focused on prevention and wellness.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to address physical, emotional, and behavioral health needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation using eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an approved residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
- Active California Medical License and DEA License.
- Bilingual in English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong communication and cultural competency skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $232,960 – $290,000 annually
