HR REPRESENTATIVE: HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY ( Excellent Opportunity)
Compensation: $65 - $80K – Direct Hire
Bonus- 3%
(3 interview process)
  Job Summary :    
The Human Resources Representative is responsible for providing support for all human resources programs. This position will provide tactical support and guidance to the business, The key focus areas include talent acquisition and management, compliance, support of compensation and benefits, support of workers compensation, and human resources guidance to our 4 locations.
  Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Company Culture and HR Management
  • Promote a strong and positive company culture.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including employee complaints, work performance and other related issues consult with legal if necessary.
Compliance
  • Maintain employee personnel files and I-9 records.
  • Assist with conducting organizational required trainings per state and local laws
Talent Acquisition and Management
  • Manage job postings on all approved sites.
  • Coordinate the Company’s recruiting process by conducting initial phone screens, schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, send and monitor the completion of reference and background screening requests for final candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct new hire orientations and tours.
  • Schedule and coordinate Company employee surveys.
  • Schedule and coordinate exit interviews with departing employees.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Educate employees on benefit programs available to them.
  • Bi-weekly Payroll Audits
Systems Maintenance
  • Maintain HRIS system with up to date and accurate employee data.
  • Maintain the company internal employee site.
Maintain the Company’s organizational charts. Health and Facilities
  • Worker’s Compensation liaison. Complete the initial Workers Compensation paperwork and file the incident.
  • Partner with Facilities Supervisor and HR Specialist to manage Workers Compensation cases and investigative processes.
  • Maintain ongoing CDC requirements.
  • Administer Leave of Absence processes, communicate with employees on leave and return to work dates, update payroll accordingly.
  Other
  • Run weekly employee reports for use by partnering departments.
  • Assist with departmental projects and initiatives including, employee events, research projects and/or special projects as requested.
  • Assist with Yearly Audits and Compliance
  Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:  
  • 3+ years Human Resources experience in a Manufacturing environment required
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or SHRM Certification preferred.
  • Payroll experience a plus
  • Paycom experience a plus
  • Experience with Multi State Employees
  • Some travel required, driving to satellite locations.
  • Intermediate G-Suite Experience including Sheets, Docs, and Slides, Internet, and payroll systems
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
