Job Description
We are hiring an HR Coordinator here in Irvine!
Pay $25 - $28 DOE
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and processing new hire paperwork.

Manage employee files, including ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and maintaining the confidentiality of employee information.

Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Maintain HR databases and assist with generating reports as needed.

Answer employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.

Assist with employee offboarding activities, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.

Other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

2+ years of experience in an HR support role.

Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
