Job Description

We are hiring an HR Coordinator here in Irvine! 
Pay $25 - $28 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and processing new hire paperwork.

  • Manage employee files, including ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and maintaining the confidentiality of employee information.

  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and diversity and inclusion efforts.

  • Maintain HR databases and assist with generating reports as needed.

  • Answer employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.

  • Assist with employee offboarding activities, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.

  • Other HR-related duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR support role.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
