Job Description
Job Summary:
- Work under direct supervision of Clinic Manager
- Provide high level of customer service to patients, partners, and other team members
- Obtain and accurately relay information to and from patient for their visits
- Answering incoming phone calls from patients and the community to process requests
- Process and maintain patient medical records and other patient related documentation
- Utilize medical office electronic health record system and electronic work flow processes
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience / Training: Bilingual English/Spanish; Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Position Qualifications:
- 1 year of clinical or medical front office experience preferred
- Experience using Electronic Health Record [EHR] System
