Finished Goods Operator
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finished Goods Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining finished goods manufacturing equipment, ensuring accurate handling, packaging, and labeling of products while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Schedule Options
- 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- $21.00 – $22.00/hr depending on shift
- Safely set up and operate assigned machinery according to work instructions and production schedules
- Select and load raw materials or reels onto equipment according to work orders
- Adjust machine controls to maintain product quality and production efficiency
- Perform quality inspections before, during, and after processing
- Select packaging materials and generate labels as required
- Accurately document production and quality information in paper and digital systems
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report malfunctions as needed
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, schedules, and instructions
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to safely handle materials and operate machinery
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production priorities
- Basic math skills for measurements and product verification
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection
