Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
As an Escrow Officer, you will oversee and manage the escrow process for national mortgage refinancing transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

Closing Disclosure Preparation:
- Reviewing and preparing estimated Closing Disclosures (CDs).
- Developing and approving fee sheets while ensuring compliance with lender guidelines.

File Management and Closing Oversight:
- Preparing files for signing and monitoring all aspects of the closing process.
- Resolving title issues, ensuring files are properly balanced, and addressing any discrepancies before closing.

Client and Customer Service:
- Responding promptly, professionally, and courteously to customer inquiries.
- Maintaining exceptional service levels and a positive attitude in all interactions.

Document Processing and Compliance:
- Preparing and submitting closed loan packages, disbursement documentation, recording packages, and final policy packages to internal departments.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Team Collaboration:
- Working closely with national mortgage lenders, notaries, and internal teams to coordinate refinance transactions.
- Scheduling notaries and setting up files for disbursement efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience processing refinance escrow files on a national scale.
- Proven expertise in preparing and producing CDs, balancing refinance transactions, and handling multi-state files.
