IT/Epicor Specialist

Required Skills:
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Over 2 years of IT support experience in a manufacturing or business setting
- Proven experience supporting Epicor ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience managing PC hardware, peripherals, and network infrastructure
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting manufacturing shop floor technology such as barcode scanners and production terminals
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of system integration between Epicor ERP and manufacturing systems
- Certifications in IT support, cybersecurity, or ERP systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting Epicor ERP within a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with system upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives
Other Requirements:
- Occasional after-hours support for system maintenance or emergency issues
- Ability to support and troubleshoot on factory floor equipment and systems
- Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to IT and ERP
