Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Business Development to spearhead our growth initiatives and broaden our footprint in the market. This role is designed for a proactive leader who excels in building relationships, identifying high-value opportunities, and generating revenue across diverse service lines.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to achieve growth targets.

Identify emerging opportunities across both public and private sectors.

Build and nurture lasting partnerships with clients, industry leaders, and governmental organizations.

Lead the preparation of proposals, manage contract discussions, and deliver impactful client presentations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure business development efforts align with client and market demands.

Stay ahead of the curve with market insights and competitive intelligence.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing and outreach materials.

Track key performance indicators and regularly report on business development progress.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, ideally within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector is REQUIRED

Proven ability to drive growth and close new business opportunities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A relationship-builder with a track record of fostering long-term client partnerships.

Experience in crafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and formulating business strategies.

Deep understanding of industry regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

A self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings.
