Position Summary
Under the direction of the Dental Director, the Dentist provides comprehensive general dental care and services to patients. As a provider and leader within Marquee Staffing, you will embody a spirit of service, delivering compassionate, affordable, high-quality healthcare with a special commitment to uninsured, low-income, and medically underserved populations.

mentorship to dental staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive dental care, including:
o Root canal therapy
o Restorative procedures (operative and prosthodontics)
o Oral surgery (simple and surgical extractions)
• Complete all required patient documentation accurately, thoroughly, and timely, in accordance with department and insurance standards.
• Consult and refer patients to dental specialists and/or medical providers as needed.
• Instruct and clinically supervise dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other para- professional staff.
• Actively participate in the development and review of dental treatment protocols, audit processes, and quality assurance procedures.
• Practice dentistry in a cost-effective and resource-efficient manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Certifications & Licenses
• Doctorate Required:
o Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
o Valid license to practice dentistry in the State of California.
• Certifications:
o Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR), or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), or Advanced Resuscitation Training.
o DEA license.
• Preferred Qualifications:
o Completion of a general practice residency or at least 2 years of clinical experience.
o Membership in the American Academy of General Dentistry.
• Travel Requirements:
o Occasional travel between clinic sites and other locations.
o Must have a valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance meeting California state minimum requirements (limits of
$100,000 recommended).
o Acceptable driving record required.
Required Experience & Skills
• Ability to provide effective care to patients from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and respect for diversity.
• Proven knowledge of current dental practices, protocols, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and team collaboration skills.
