Job Description
A mission-driven community healthcare organization is seeking a Full-Time Dentist to join its growing dental team. The selected provider will have flexibility in clinic assignment and will work within a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality care to underserved populations.
The ideal candidate is committed to teamwork, clinical excellence, and compassionate care, and will work closely with dental assistants, supervisors, and fellow providers to support efficient clinic operations and positive patient outcomes. This role requires adherence to organizational policies, clinical protocols, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
About the Opportunity
This position is within a nonprofit, community-based healthcare organization that provides integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services. The patient population primarily consists of underserved and limited-English-proficient individuals, making cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills essential.
Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate of an ADA-accredited School of Dentistry

Active, unrestricted California dental license

Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)

Active California DEA license

Ability to work Saturdays, with a weekday off

Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin required

Familiarity with public health or community clinic settings

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team

$145,600 – $212,160 annually, based on experience
