Irvine, CA based Medical Device company is adding to their team!
Bilingual German Customer Support Agents.
Must reside in California
The position will perform over-the-phone technical support for mobile applications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with setup and use of mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Educate customers with the setup and use of their mobile app.
- Provide recommendations for improving the support process.
- Escalate calls to other team members when needed.
- Document each call in a case ticketing system.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Fluency in German
- Customer friendly attitude and excellent customer services skills.
- Technical aptitude to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong working knowledge of Apple iOS and Android.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to research solutions and work independently on tasks.
- Home Wi-Fi required
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English / French.
Demonstrated ability to work in teams and individually with minimal supervision.
Good documentation skills.
- This role will be 100% remote.
- Operating hours 24/7 - 365 days
- The position is Part-Time, Pick your own schedule
- Require at least 1 graveyard shift and 1 weekend shift
- Laptop and headset provided
Education: High School Diploma or GED - Bachelor’s degree or certificate preferred
