Order Processing Representative – Medical Device Distribution
Location: San Marcos, CA, 100% Onsite
Pay: $24.00/hr (temp) | $25.00/hr (permanent hire)
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Our client in San Marcos is adding a Customer Service Representative to their Customer Service team. They are a medical device distribution facility and this is a temp-to-hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of customer calls and emails regarding orders, products, billing, and shipping.
- Enter purchase orders, credit memos, and returns accurately.
- Support sales reps with product, literature, and administrative requests.
- Maintain spreadsheets and assist with reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service and work well in a team environment.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years customer service experience in a medical, dental, or manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Typing speed: 50 WPM.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented and professional.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
