Job Title: Account Representative
Location: Oceanside, CA
Compensation: $19.50-20.50/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday plus 2 Saturday's a month
Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated Account Representatives to assist consumers with managing and resolving account-related inquiries. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills in a fast-paced call center environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and looking for long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist consumers with account questions and adjustments
- Negotiate and process payments on accounts at various delinquency stages
- Follow company and client policies and procedures
- Provide professional, solution-focused customer service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math, typing, and computer skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Reliability and willingness to learn
Work Environment:
- Office-based position
- Prolonged sitting and computer use
- Use of telephone headset; moderate noise level
