Client Services Representative
Job Description
Location: Irvine, CA 92614
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Work Environment: On-site only (no hybrid or remote options)
Position Overview:
The Client Services Officer provides advanced secretarial, administrative, and operational support to the Relationship Management team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the regional office and plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting commercial banking functions.
Salary Range: $60,000 – $97,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the regional office.
- Perform word processing, maintain files, and manage office supplies.
- Support general office management and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare data and conduct analysis on account holders and account information.
Customer & Relationship Management Support
- Assist Relationship Managers with administrative tasks such as letters, financial requests, and status updates.
- Help customers open appropriate account types and gather required documentation.
- Review legal and account documentation to ensure bank assets are protected.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a high level of service.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with commercial banking policies and procedures.
- Consult with Quality Control, BSA, or other departments as needed.
- Stay informed of new developments affecting corporate banking.
Process Improvement
· Recommend new methods and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Ideally seeking 2–3 years of banking experience.
- Experience with business formation documents and account creation is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $60,000 – $97,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus of $4,000 – $8,000
