Pay: $74-83/hr.
Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 8:30 am - 5:30 pm;

About Us:
Correctional institution committed to rehabilitation, safety, and fostering positive change. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in providing essential mental health services to our inmate population.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of inmates to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy to address a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care and effective communication regarding inmates' mental health treatment.
- Offer crisis intervention services and participate in emergency response procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with facility and licensing standards.
- Facilitate psychoeducational programs to enhance inmates' coping skills and promote positive behavioral change.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures within the correctional facility.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a correctional or forensic setting.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing mental health services in correctional settings.
