Job Description
We’re looking for an individual who has/is:
- 1-2 years of administrative work in an office environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and able to complete work with little or no supervision
- A proactive communicator who understands how to ask the right questions to get the job done
- High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred)
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative support to the Broker/Escrow Branch Manager .
- Answer incoming calls and responding to questions/requests for information
- Generate memos, emails,
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items
- Other receptionist duties as needed
- Any experience from an Escrow office
