Job Description
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. CNAs play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and gain valuable experience in a collaborative healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.
- Ensure patient safety and report any changes in their condition to the nursing team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- CPR certification.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
