Job Description
Our fast-paced clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant to assist with Front and Back office tasks. This role would assist with processing paperwork as it relates to patient workers compensation and some back office duties.
Job Description:
- Welcome patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Work in back office to process patient paperwork and filing onto physical and digital office database
- Room patients, taking vitals such as blood pressure, etc
- Set up and stock exam rooms with necessary equipment and sterilize equipment post - exam
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Certification required
- Strong attention to detail and paperwork-oriented
- Professional attitude and behavior
- Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
- Willingness to learn quickly!
