We are seeking a Business Development Specialst who will focus on outside sales and new Client Acquisition for our Orange County Branch. You will be working directly with business clients and our internal recruitment team to connect qualified candidates with new career opportunities.

JOB OVERVIEW
- Identify, qualify and direct marketing to targeted accounts with the purpose of generating new business.
- Provide business solutions which include Managed Service Programs (MSP), Payroll Services, Direct and Contract Staffing.
- Provide high level customer service to our client
- Collaborating with internal recruitment team to strategize and identify best candidates for positions
- New client research, skill market, active sales calls, customer presentations, client visits/appointments and attending networking events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 2+ years experience in B2B Sales or Staffing in a professional services environment
- Must be open to recruiting for open orders as needed
- Ability to connect with individuals at various levels within an organization
- Strong cold-calling and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite - Outlook
- Proficiency with ATS and/or CRM Systems
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and organizational skill
- Enjoys being involved in professional networking
- Valid Driver's License
Monday to Friday
8AM - 5PM
LOCATION
- Irvine, Ca 92618
- 100% onsite for 1st 90 days
- Transition to 2 Days work from home after 90 days
- $50k - $60k base + uncapped commission
- This is an hourly role
