Job Description
Our local agency in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper with Strong Experience using Quickbooks! Please email Anthony at atran@marqueestaffing.com for a quick response!
Tues-Thurs Flexible Start Times
24 Hours of Work Weekly
Duties:
- Data entry of invoices into Quickbooks and keeping all invoices coded and organized.
- Creating new automated payable invoices using Quickbooks Desktop
- Working directly alongside staff for all basic accounting tasks that will be trained on.
- General office duties such as filing paperwork, and organizing office.
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and monthly bank reconciliations
- Accounts Payable including coding and reviewing invoices, weekly check processing and disbursement, maintaining accurate files.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Accounting experience + 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Quickbooks Desktop and knowledge of posting payments, checks, and deposits is a FIRM REQUIREMENT.
