Job Title: 2nd shift Production Operator 
Location: San Diego, 92121 
Pay: $18.98/hr ($17.25 base + 10% shift differential)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a dependable and motivated Second Shift Production Operator for the production team. This role involves performing basic technical assembly tasks in a clean, detail-oriented manufacturing environment. The work is repetitive but offers growth opportunities for individuals who are reliable, focused, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic and repetitive assembly of VerifyNow medical device components.
  • Follow work instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures.
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistent precision and pace.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Willingness to learn basic assembly techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Good listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred (but not required):
  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom or medical device environment.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in med device manufacturing as a technician. No education required other than a HS degree or GED.
