Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience operating benchtop punch presses, welding machines, wedging machines, or similar fabrication equipment
- Strong ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and specifications
- Proficiency in using inspection tools such as gram gauges, magnifying lamps, and other quality inspection devices
- Capable of making precise adjustments and setups to ensure optimal production quality
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working within the aerospace industry
- Additional certifications related to manufacturing or equipment operation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in aerospace or high-precision industries
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to undertake and maintain necessary documentation related to production lots
- Willingness to participate actively in quality improvement initiatives
