Electronic Assembler

Required Skills:
- J-STD-001 certification required
- Ability to identify electronic components (through-hole and SMT)
- Basic understanding of mechanical and PCB assembly processes
- Familiarity with manual and automated soldering tools and microscopes
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and precision in repetitive tasks
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or within a team
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior hands-on experience in electronic assembly or related manufacturing roles
- Experience working in a production environment using IPC or J-STD-001 standards
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production setting, with both seated and standing work expected
- Use of hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment must be performed safely and correctly
