Pay: $21
Schedule: M-F (7am-4pm)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role involves answering phones, responding to emails, and handling various administrative duties to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and a strong communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails and inquiries
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
- Maintain office supplies and organize common areas
- Assist with onboarding and document preparation
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR)
- Bilingual in English and [Spanish]
- Construction Industry Experience is a plus!
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
