Job Description
This person would be an administrative assistant in the Civil Engineering Department for a full-service Engineering Firm. This candidate would be the first point of contact for clients and customers. This role is 100% Onsite
Job Duties:
- Answering phone calls coming into the Civil Department
- Assisting in scheduling meetings for the Engineering department
- Coordinating Site Visits for clients and engineers
- Submitting plans and proposals to the city for approval
- Filing away paperwork, plans, drafts, and proposals
- Editing proposals as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Ability to multitask
- Friendly and bubbly demeanor
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable answering multi-line phone systems
