Our manufacturing client in Irvine, CA is seeking to directly hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist with Strong A/R Experience using SAP FI! Please email Anthony at atran@marqueestaffing.com for a quicker response!
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00pm, Monday and Friday optionally remote once job training is finished
JOB DUTIES
- Perform extensive Accounts Receivable duties using SAP FI.
- Collect tax exemption certifications and collect documents into sales database.
- Process AR Weekly reports from both multiple worksites
- Assist in sales invoice recertification project and verify expiration dates and highlight expired and soon-to-be expired sales certifications.
- Secure documents for collections, printing packets and invoices.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable using SAP FI (SAP Accounting Module
