Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant discipline required
•Excellent skills in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•Must have strong organizational and time management skills

•must have the authorization to work in the US
Responsibilities
•The Accounting Manager will oversee most accounting related activity
•must have manufacturing and SEC reporting experience
• traditional financial accounting responsibilities, SEC document drafting, as well as monitoring inventory levels
•Oversee activities of the accounting department for the accurate and timely preparation of internal and external financial statements
•Preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc
•Oversee activities related to cash disbursements, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, petty cash, and employee expense reports•
Coordination/oversight/reconcilement of physical inventories
