Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support our accounting team with processing of sales orders and issuance of invoices with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Logistics.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:30AM-4:30PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate new purchase agreements to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Enter and manage Sales Orders within ERP and CRM systems.
- Perform weekly reconciliations between ERP and CRM systems to maintain data consistency.
- Prepare and record sales-related expenses.
- Handle credit card payment requests, including occasional weekend processing.
- Monitor and follow up on special agreements to ensure compliance.
- Contribute to monthly analysis reports for management.
- Support additional projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in accounting or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel highly desirable.
- Experience working with ERP systems and Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
