Job Description
Job Summary:
Compiles and maintains accounts receivable records.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepares and mails customer invoices on a daily basis and statements on a monthly basis.
• Enters cash receipts and accurately applies payments to customer accounts daily.
• Process credit card payments and credits.
• Reconcile customer statements and research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepares and makes deposits as necessary.
• Prepares weekly DSO reports.
• Prepares accounts receivable account reconciliation and related aging on a timely basis.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Enforces credit policies and limits; Manages credit holds, account suspension.
• Responds to all customer inquiries.
• Maintains all accounts receivable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts receivable files.
• Assists Controller and CFO as necessary.
• Support financial statement audits.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:
• Requires thorough understanding of accounts receivable procedures with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Proficient data entry skills in both 10-key and typing.
• Proficient or above knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of an accounting or ERP software package.
• Good organizational skills, neatness, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work well without supervision.
• Must be able to handle flexibility in work schedule.
• Must be honest and trustworthy.

Pay $24.00/hr
