Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Position Overview
The AR Coordinator is responsible for managing billing and receivables functions to ensure timely cash flow and accurate customer accounts. This role supports the Finance Department through invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections, while upholding company policies and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Operations

Review equipment orders for accuracy and release credit holds based on approval thresholds.

Post cash receipts, issue credit memos, and prepare manual invoices as needed.

Create and maintain customer accounts, applying correct tax codes.

Manage high-value orders ($10,000+) and track collection status.

Submit government invoices through designated vendor portals.

Submit uncollectible accounts to collections and maintain follow-up records.

Prepare refund requests per company procedures.

Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.

Collaborate with sales teams on billing and collection issues.

Maintain positive client relationships and protect the company’s reputation.

Ensure confidentiality of financial and customer data.

Maintain clean, accurate AR records and customer files.

Complete special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Stay updated on accounting practices and software tools.
Qualifications
-
1+ years of accounts receivable experience (SAP preferred).

Education or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency with accounting systems and spreadsheets.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
