Medical Device Assembler - 1st Shift

Job Description
- Perform product processing from raw material preparation to finished goods assembly.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to GMP and ISO regulations.
- Operate cleanroom equipment, manufacturing tools, special fixtures, and assembly aids.
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and recordkeeping for production and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with manufacturing team members and other departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulatory requirements.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Assemble accessory components to support company commercialization efforts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High school diploma required; technical training or certification is a plus.
- 0-2+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of FDA/GMP regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English for documentation and communication.
- Experience with basic manufacturing equipment, including microscopes, fixtures, and assembly tools.
- Ability to safely perform job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal/state standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance per workplace policies.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen, and communicate clearly via telephone and in person.
