Before transitioning into legal recruiting, Mason spent more than 10 years as a litigator, successfully representing hundreds of clients in both state and federal courts nationwide. His background allows him to provide a unique and consultative approach to recruitment—understanding the needs of both candidates and hiring managers at a level that only a former attorney can.
Mason is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law and Hendrix College.
