Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Director of Structural Engineering to oversee and lead the Structural Engineering department. This pivotal role involves managing structural design projects, ensuring high-quality technical work, guiding a team of engineers, and driving business development efforts. The Director will work closely with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative, efficient, and top-notch structural engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the Structural Engineering department, maintaining high standards for design quality and project execution.

Supervise the planning, analysis, and design of structural systems for various projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the engineering team, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.

Mentor junior engineers and ensure the team remains up-to-date with the latest industry advancements, codes, and best practices.

Ensure all projects comply with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Work in collaboration with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.
