With more than 20 years of staffing industry experience, Claudia has been instrumental in expanding Marquee's Orange County presence and driving operational excellence since joining the company in 2011.
Claudia specializes in workforce solutions across Healthcare, Financial Services, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Medical Device, Human Resources, Administrative & Executive Support, Banking, Technical, Clerical, Customer Service, and Light Industrial. Her expertise includes temporary staffing, contract-to-hire, direct hire, onsite workforce management, payrolling, and employee leasing. Prior to joining Marquee, she successfully managed large onsite staffing programs supporting the mortgage, aerospace, medical device, and healthcare industries. Claudia is recognized for building strong client partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering customized workforce solutions that drive measurable results.
Originally from Colombia, SA, Claudia can be seen outside of work enjoying a good soccer game, Lakers game or football game. You can also find her in San Clemente on most weekends enjoying the beach and her family.
