You will be responsible for reviewing closed loan documents for accuracy, missing documents, proper signatures, dates and other relevant data and enter information into tracking software; review other legal documents as needed, image and index all loan files and proof unloaded loans; maintain an accurate filing system of all notes and credit files; reconcile loan disbursements; and compose and send routine correspondence and reports as needed.<br>

<br><strong><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></strong><br>

&#9;<li>May complete callback of daily loan system reports to ensure proper payment posting, exception corrections and loan data.</li>

&#9;<li>Prepare are modification loan documentation on Laser Pro as assigned by Supervisor.</li>
&#9;<li>Secures collateral and other documentation in safekeeping (documentation file). Prepares and manages credit and non-negotiable document files.</li>
&#9;<li>Processes loan payments, loan draws and advances, including, but not limited to Construction advances.</li>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily transportation routes to meet client needs efficiently.</li>
&#9;<li>Assign drivers and vehicles to maximize coverage, efficiency, and schedule adherence.</li>
&#9;<li>Oversee dispatch operations and maintain clear, ongoing communication with drivers and staff.</li>
&#9;<li>Manage fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, tracking, and recordkeeping.</li>
&#9;<li>Ensure all fleet and operational records are accurate, current, and compliant with applicable standards.</li>
&#9;<li>Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable&nbsp;<strong>DOT, CHP, DMV</strong>, and other local, state, and federal regulations.</li>
&#9;<li>Maintain transportation scheduling software and databases, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.</li>
&#9;<li>Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, invoices, and performance documentation for agency and partner requirements.</li>
&#9;<li>Oversee financial reconciliation for the transportation program, including collection and tracking of funds.</li>
&#9;<li>Operate and maintain communication and routing equipment essential to daily transportation services.</li>
&#9;<li>Serve as a liaison between transportation operations, internal staff, drivers, contractors, and external partners.</li>
&#9;<li>Stay informed on industry updates, regulatory changes, and best practices by attending relevant seminars, conferences, and meetings.</li>
&#9;<li>Coordinate driver training and maintain all compliance-related documentation in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements.</li>
</ul>

<strong>Leadership Responsibilities</strong>

&#9;<li>Lead, supervise, and support all transportation staff and contracted personnel.</li>
&#9;<li>Promote professionalism, accountability, safety, and service excellence across the team.</li>

<strong>Qualifications</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Prior transportation management experience required; experience within&nbsp;<strong>non-emergency transportation, healthcare transportation, paratransit, or other service-focused transportation environments</strong>&nbsp;strongly preferred.</li>
&#9;<li>Experience with&nbsp;<strong>Route Match Scheduling</strong>&nbsp;or similar transportation scheduling software preferred.</li>
&#9;<li>Strong computer proficiency, including&nbsp;<strong>Microsoft Word and Excel</strong>.</li>
&#9;<li>Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.</li>
&#9;<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.</li>

</ul>

<strong>Education & Preferred Certifications</strong>

&#9;<li>Valid&nbsp;<strong>Class B Driverâs License with passenger endorsement</strong>&nbsp;highly desirable.</li>
&#9;<li><strong>DMV/CHP-approved commercial driver/passenger trainer certification</strong>&nbsp;preferred.</li>
&#9;<li><strong>Substance abuse prevention and drug/alcohol testing certification</strong>&nbsp;is a plus.</li>
