We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Professional with a passion for healthcare staffing and business development to join our team at the Irvine Branch. If you excel in inside or outside sales, professional networking, and want to grow your career, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Identify, qualify, and market to targeted accounts to generate new business.
- Acquire new orders and deliver top-tier value to clients.
- Build lasting relationships with decision-makers, including HR professionals and C-Level executives.
- Promote solutions like Managed Service Programs (MSP), Payroll Services, and Direct/Contract Staffing.
- Conduct client research, skill marketing, sales calls, presentations, site visits, and attend networking events.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 4+ years of proven success in sales (inside or outside).
- Experience in a quota-driven role with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to connect with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a competitive yet ethical mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of sales platforms.
- Organized, self-motivated, and business-savvy.

Job Type: Full-time, Internal Position with Marquee
