Job Description
Our client is a leading California-based law firm with multiple offices statewide. The firm is well known for its real estate expertise and provides a full range of services including litigation, corporate, tax, labor and employment, and environmental law. The firm is recognized for delivering practical legal solutions and maintaining strong, long-standing client relationships.
We are seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3 – 5 years of experience related to a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in drafting and revising commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements.
- Candidates should possess a strong background in title and survey review, as well as closing purchase and sale transactions.
- Excellent writing, strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning.
- Candidates should be able to work in a team but also handle significant individual responsibilities.
- Demonstrated interest in the real estate industry, including participation in ULI, NAIOP, or CREFC.
- Am Law 200 law firm experience preferred.
- A high level of academic achievement.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
