Bar Status: Must be licensed and in good standing in California
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney with a strong background in management-side Labor & Employment law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience at a large law firm, with a focus on defending employers in complex employment litigation and providing strategic legal counsel.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent employers in litigation matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, and unfair competition

Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation

Advise and counsel clients on employment-related issues, including compliance with state and federal employment laws

Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

Maintain active communication with clients, providing updates and strategic guidance

Collaborate with internal teams and partners on case strategy and client service
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

3+ years of labor and employment law experience (management-side) at a large law firm

Substantial litigation experience in employment law matters

Proven experience advising employers on day-to-day compliance and risk mitigation

Outstanding academic credentials

Active license to practice law in California and in good standing
